We also provide a technical resource on site on an agreed basis with the client ranging from once half day a week to daily depending on the client requirements. The client is able to plan and choose a package that suits their needs.

Desktop Support
We provide full support and service to users with desktop and network related issues such printer related, server related and tuning, or entire network management in order to ensure smooth running of services.

ISP Management
In Case of internet downtimes, we provide first level support as we liase with the internet provider to restore connectivity. We also provide load balancing and quality of Service to our customers with traffic shaping features.
